Depending on the harvest period, buža (or busa) can have a medium to strong fruity taste, and it belongs to the category of intensely fruity olive oils. The oil is clear, intensely golden-yellow with a green reflection, and is characterized by balanced bitterness, spiciness, and a long-lasting aroma and taste. It literally goes with all dishes.
